- Desksurf notes by email
- A note in any month when desks have been listed: the new ones, by city. Nothing else is sent to this address. A link to confirm is sent to the address given. The address is added only when that link is opened, and the link lasts 48 hours. Every note has a link to stop.
What is kept
What your assistant sends to a tool reaches us. The rest of the conversation does not, and we do not ask for it. The company that makes the assistant handles the conversation under its own terms, which are not ours.
An address given for the notes is treated as the form treats it. It waits 48 hours for the link we send to be opened, and is deleted if the link is not opened.
We count how many times each tool is used in a day, and keep the count for 90 days. The count holds no address and nothing that was sent.
